About this opportunity
Welcome to the Software Development Capability Team. As our new Systems Team Lead, you will be a key contributor in building a modern, resilient, secure future state. We are part of the Financial Accounting and Procurement domain within Finance Service Area supporting CFO area. As a senior member of the capability team you'll play a key role by taking part of an exciting and ambitious transformation journey. You will be part of the Systems Team in an Agile Release Train (ART) that has Engineers working with Application Development and Operations. You will get to lead teams involved in implementing change as well as Release Management and other experts in the value chain who deliver to the bank.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage activities of the System Team, working closely with the ART Management
* Drive LCM, CI/CD implementation and Automation activities across the ART
* Coordinate deliveries from Agile Development and Operations teams, including teams outside of the domain
* Ensure deliveries are made on time, within budget, and to expected quality

The role and the team is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your experience and background:
* Proven Project Management experience, including working with the SAFe methodology and administrating with collaboration tools
* Full understanding of the SDLC & ITIL. Nice to have TOGAF knowledge
* Experience of implementing automation of processes and/or testing
* Nice to have some understanding of infrastructure management, application operations and agile development
* Able to translate requirements into technical specifications
* Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
* Excellent communication skills
