On behalf o one of our clients, a large, international company in Södertälje, we are currently looking for a Systems Specialist.

Publiceringsdatum2011-04-14Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Systems Specialist you will work within the sales area focusing on maintaining and supporting the AutoMaster vehicle sales application in order to meet users' needs and agreed service levels. The role means taking an active role in the change management process, as well as supporting the users when they have questions or problems. This function is also deeply involved in work related to releasing new versions of the application, such as testing and user training.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have application and business process knowledge, specifically knowledge of vehicle sales and the AutoMaster application. Preferably, you have experience from application maintenance and support, as well as change management. Furthermore, you have excellent communications skills and a good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
We consider additional language skills an advantage.
As a person you are service minded and customer oriented with a keen interest in problem solving. You are also an outgoing team player with good people skills who has the ability to work independently when needed.
