För kunds räkning så söker vi nu en erfaren Systemansvarig inom Business Intelligence för projektanställning i Stockholm med start ASAP. Uppdraget är 4 månader. Lönenivå beroende på erfarenheter.

The purpose of Report Management (RM) is to ensure that the companys effectively handles Business Intelligence needs and issues for a number of Business Areas.

We are now looking for a system responsible for RM that will lead the maintenance organization. As a system responsible you are responsible for planning, maintenance, development and strategic planning within RM.

You will work closely with the business clients and end users with prioritizing and planning. Together with the service area responsible and group manager you will handle resource planning etc.

Short facts about Report Management; 22 source systems, 80 integrated business objects, clients in 7 business areas (Production, Logistics, Security, Online, IT, Corporate Social Responsibility, Buying Office), 13 people in the team.

Tasks:

Lead the development team and Interact with other BI teams in the company.
Plan, execute, document and follow-up meetings and workshops.
Responsible for sprint and release planning.
Work closely with the clients so that the BI solution meets the short- and long-term goals and deliveries.
Financially responsible and reporting to the IT Service Responsible and the Steering Group.
Change request management.
Prepare maintenance plan and budget to evolve, maintain, operate and support the DW.
Ensure that the approved maintenance plan is carried out.
Interact with other BI team in the company.
Support the business in their BI strategy process.
Delivery responsibility.
Resource responsibility.
Budget, planning and reporting responsibility.
Responsible for reporting to IT service responsible and steering group.

Required skills:

Highly experienced in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW).
Highly experienced in project management and agile development.
More than 6 years experience of Leadership, at least 10-15 group members.
Experience from system maintenance of BI/DW systems.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint BI).
