hela Sverige Aircraft IT is a critical part of SAS operational environment, as we are providing IT solutions for Flight Deck, Cabin, Airworthiness and the Maintenance Production areas. The purpose with this role is to participate in designing, developing and maintaining solutions for CAMO and Maintenance production with focus on the applications AMOS and Skywise. The work will be perform together in a SAS Aircraft IT team, with stakeholders from CAMO and Maintenance production. There will also be a close operation with external suppliers that provide the SaaS services for these applications.
Main Responsibilities:
Be part of a team which are responsible for the delivery of IT solutions to support business processes for CAMO and Maintenance production. Your specific responsibility will be
Together with business stakeholders, SAS IT and suppliers; designing and development/configuration of new solutions primarily in AMOS and Skywise.
Securing the SaaS delivery from suppliers (e.g. Swiss-AS and Airbus)
Manage incidents and service request from business users.
Housekeeping of the applications.
Coordination within SAS IT and the teams to secure the delivery
Qualifications and Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, IT System Analysis, Software Engineering or trade degree.
Education and work experience in CAMO/Maintenance Production is beneficial.
Experience working with AMOS and/or Skywise.
Experience in development, SQL or Python (or similar).
Knowledge of ITIL, Lean and Agile process methodologies is preferred.
Experience working in a cross-functional team where the team is collectively responsible for delivery and target reach.
Fluent in English both orally and in writing.
One Scandinavian language is preferred.
