Vattenfall IT is an international Staff Function that provides efficient and reliable IT-services and support. Vattenfall IT has around 1 000 employees spread across Vattenfall companies in Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland and Sweden.
We are now looking for a System Manager to Client Services Nuclear!
Your main tasks responsibilities
In this position you will work with Microsoft SCCM environment as your primary task, but also manage third-line support tickets within the IT infrastructure and provide complex end-user support. Maintenance and development of our Nuclear environment, Symantec Endpoint Protections environment and Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring environment. Software distribution and software troubleshooting will also be a part of your job. You will work in close cooperation with our outsourcing partners and you will have the opportunity to contribute with your expertise in different projects. Focus now is to build a common infrastructure for our nuclear business.
Who are we looking for?
You are a team player and understand the importance of knowledge sharing within the team. You have the ability to work independently, to find solutions for daily operation problems unassisted, and sometimes cope with high work load and pressure. We believe you want to develop as a person and has a genuine interest in IT and new technology.
But most of all we are looking for somebody that have the ambitions and drive to learn new things and aren't afraid of tackling new challenges.
Other qualifications are:
• Overall hardware and software skills (printers, hardware, software, networks, servers, data bases, etc.)
• Knowledge of a variety of Windows related software products
• Knowledge about data administration; (Tickets, Assets, Active Directory, Licenses)
• ITIL Certification
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
• Driving licens
