We are looking for a new System Management Team!
A new approach to ensuring a Security Transformation Capability has been initiated to raise the bar for security across the company and to support Ericsson's Security Strategy to reach the wanted position of having "Security embedded, integrity delivered". By way of reaching the wanted position for security, a Security Operations Organization is being set-up within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) to strengthen Ericsson's competence within security assurance.
This is vital from an Ericsson perspective as our culture and capabilities ensure that high security standards are embedded in all products and processes, making us the industry's preferred partner.
The new Security Operations Organization will be established as a key function and will be engaged in driving research, analysis, development, and execution of security related topics.

What you will do
Conduct system studies including outlining project plans, deciding on project scope, and managing project risks
Provide innovative ideas of services and features that could be derived from new opportunities
Act as a bridge between the Product Management and Strategic Product Management
Drive active problem-solving
Develop domain specific technical competence, as defined for the individual position
Be an advisor to senior management in the area (e.g., capabilities, challenges, trends)
You will bring
Master's degree or higher within Engineering/Computer science or related field
Project management skills acquired through training, project management experience or other experience of using project management methods and techniques
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and simple way
Experience and insights from working with Security and relevant requirements, such as GDPR and NIST is preferred
A few years of working experience in similar area or position
Experience from the telecom sector is meriting
