Our department is developing system solutions for the radio access processing platform in Ericsson Radio System products with a main focus on 5G.
We are now growing a newly built team of experienced system developers and technology specialists. By joining us you will contribute to our strategic directions in the areas of CPU system architecture and performance, Control System roadmaps, Diagnostics, Fault Management architecture and functionality. You will quickly build a large network of system architects and developers and learn from daily collaboration with them on the evolution of our system products. We are curious and eager to adding your knowledge, skills, creativity and previous experiences to the team.
You will:
As a system developer you will bring the customers' perspective into our system solutions in collaboration with strategic product owners. You will drive and participate in system and product studies together with system architects, HW and SW developers and verification engineers from many different parts of the R&D organization, and you will take an active part in our development projects. Work tasks include exploring, defining, communicating and taking ownership for system solutions and requirements.
Collaboration, competence build and innovation are important parts of our daily work. We are working in teams and our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.
We are looking for self-motivated teammates:
with several years of experience working with system design and architectures for complex SW and HW products
eager to address technical challenges with the customer expectations in focus
with ability to adapt to cross culture working environment
having a curiosity about leading technical studies in small and large teams
with solid English communication skills both in speech and writing
having a MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Communication Systems or equivalent level of knowledge
