Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support throughout different phases of the project
Coordinate and follow up on project activities
Handle documentation and internal communication within the project team
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure progress
We're looking for someone who
Has experience in administrative work
Is self-driven, organized, and enjoys working both independently and in a team
Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Speaks and writes English fluently - Swedish is a plus
Is available to start right away
