Would you like to develop your Supplier Management skills in a global role?
Tetra Pak Processing Systems sells and delivers customised liquid food plants within food, dairy & beverage industry to customers worldwide. We supply our solutions through a worldwide network of market companies.
Central Supply Management (CSM) within Tetra Pak Processing Systems is responsible for the supplier base for Processing Solutions globally.
We are now looking for an experienced Supply Manager to be part of our "SCG" segment team, who secures the global supply of Sub-Contracted Goods (i.e. own designed parts). You will have an independent role managing and developing supplier accounts, potentially also a global category. To improve the supplier base and supplier quality will be one of your key tasks. You will work closely together with the suppliers and be involved in technical as well as commercial discussions. The role also means working cross-functional in an international environment.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and includes around 10% travelling.

Qualifications
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build trust and long-term relations with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders. You understand how to work cross-functional and how to drive change. To improve and reach good results is highly motivating to you.
You have several years of experience from strategic purchasing of direct material and supplier development. Preferably you also have category leader experience. Your technical skills are strong; we think you have manufacturing and/or quality experience and a university degree within Engineering. We also value experience from the food/stainless steel industry, knowledge in project management, Lean/WCM and SAP R/3. A very good command of English, both written and spoken is required.
