The Global Operations & Quality organization consists of plants in Sweden, China and the US with global functions supporting such as Supply Chain, Quality & Core Values, HR and Business control.

As a Supply Chain Planner you are responsible for balancing demand and supply of engines and accessories. It is a vital role within the company where you are active in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and drive the work to optimize supply plan, inventory plan and service levels to customers with optimal cost deployment, such as maintaining high inventory turnover, low scrap rate and high capacity utilization. You will also participate in product development projects as a Project Manager to coordinate activities related to the Supply Chain Management area.
The focused KPIs are Delivery precision, Forecast quality, Service level and Inventory.
Key responsibilities will be:
To drive Supply and Inventory planning in S&OP and supply chain planning processes
To identify, develop and implement continuous improvements in the S&OP and supply chain planning processes to secure overall efficiency, high service levels and productivity
Perform active communication and cooperation cross-functionally in Penta, with external factories & selected key suppliers
Provide supply chain development towards factories and key suppliers (e.g. development of lead time, delivery precision and general supply chain improvements)
Follow-up of main KPIs and to initiate and drive corrective actions to secure continuous improvements
