About the role:
As the Alstom Digital Integrated Systems (D&IS) Supply Chain Transformation&Integration Manager/Leader, you have the opportunity to facilitate the Supply Chain transformation by relying the initiatives onto the D&IS domain, and driving the transformation and the implementation of the future processes according to the Operations strategy, and looking at the full integration and convergence with the Alstom operating model.
You will be the focal point, together with D&IS Global Shared Service, for the improvements and the implementation of digitalization of Procurement&Supply Chain, focused on global demand visibility and new tools.
You will be responsible for strengthening efficiency throughout Supply Chain organizations, supporting the Head of Global Supply Chain in leading the inventory optimization and reduction, as well as improving supplier's delivery performance.
You will be responsible to harmonize the Operations strategy within Regions; you will champion culture change, process standardization, simplification & improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Implement continuous improvement across the full value stream of D&IS supply chain
Knowledge transfer concerning new tools and methods focusing primarily on the integration period.
Work to streamline & optimize overall supply chain scheme, specifically on multi-site / multi-region projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal suppliers / customers / stakeholders to achieve success
Help clarifying and standardizing roles & responsibilities of key positions within D&IS Industrial & Supply Chain
Support identifying training/development needs of the organization and/or specific individuals to support the above, focusing primarily on the integration period.
Qualifications
University degree in Business or Engineering (or other relevant subject)
5 years relevant experience in Industrial and/or Supply Chain operations management
Languages: English fluent required, French appreciated
Successful process improvement project implementation on multi-site scale
Strong experience / knowledge of industrial & supply chain operations management
Direct and transversal management experience
Strategic thinker & performance improvement drive
Able to drive transformation at international level
Cross cultural interpersonal skills
Ability to influence at all levels
Good background on ERP & related processes / tools
Availability to support sites outside France and travel
