We are looking to hire Business Analysts to be part of the Supply Strategy and Process organization to bring about the digital transformation to Group Supply and interfacing organizations across Ericsson.
Within Supply Strategy and Process - We take lead to develop and implement an optimal number of standardized supply chains, enabling flexibility supporting the Ericsson business model, with digital interfaces connecting to the e2e value chain.

This is a highly visible role, as this is an executive-level priority in writing the next chapter for Ericsson. We are a truly global & diverse team accelerating Ericsson's business transformation focused on superior customer experience and outstanding operational execution.
Join us to become part of a cross-functional team working on deploying new digital capabilities that will help to transform Ericsson. As a business analyst, you will focus on bringing to bear the main components of digital capabilities: data, technology, and agile ways of working, to help the company build a better customer experience through more efficient operations. This role will focus on improving the Supply Chain Planning of Ericsson and will give you a deep understanding of Ericsson's business by collaborating with a complementary team of role players along with the entire customer flow, enabling wide-ranging career opportunities.
You will,
Join an agile squad, working in a diverse team to tackle pain points both in technology and business. Ultimately, you will play a critical role as the glue between all project functions to efficiently drive transformation.
Conduct analyses of existing business flows and identify challenges and pain points
Be part of an Agile team that will deliver a digital transformation capability with rotation every two years or so.
Develop recommendations based on business analyzes and in collaboration with the team drive the implementation
Develop concrete user stories based on identified user perspectives and execute them together with the Project and Development team
Identify internal data issues and needs
Manage adoption activities of new digital tools across Ericsson
Drive change management as a critical part of a successful implementation
Work very closely with end-users and stakeholders ensuring a feedback loop for continued improvement
Monitor the impact of digital transformation initiatives
Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders
You are:

Both qualitative and numerical analytical skills to drive fact-based decisions
Able to visualize analysis and use storytelling to build impactful presentations to various stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you have:
Excellent academic track record from globally recognized business or engineering schools. Minimum B.Sc., but more advanced degrees (M.Sc. or MBA) is an advantage.
0-7 years of relevant professional experience for instance working as a trainee, management consultant, or business analyst
Preferably 3 years of Global Supply Chain experience
Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Statistical Forecasting, utilizing Machine learning
Experience in delivering digital transformation projects, strategy or operations excellence projects, agile ways of working, and from working in the technology industry is advantageous
