Supplier Quality Management Engineer
We are looking for two Supplier Quality Management engineers to follow up on Volvo Cars IP & Door Panel / Seating suppliers during running production and V54X launch.

Business: VCC

City: Göteborg

Deadline for applications: Asap, latest 2015-11-01

Assignment: Full time between 2015-11-09 and 2016-05-27

Main tasks

• Reporting number of operators, team leader, supervisors, buffer levels and FTT.
• 5S implementation.
• Follow up of part handling, storage of sensitive parts, and FIFO.
• Follow up of operator instructions being up to date.
• Follow up of operator training matrix and planning.
• Change management control during running production.
• Assurance of feedback from EOL, assurance of Quality Wall, and securing rework ok.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Experience of manufacturing/industrial engineering is essential, preferably from automotive sector
• 8D and six sigma experience is beneficial
• Fluent in English
• Must be flexible to work nights and weekends if necessary to support activities as needed
