The Supplier Account Manager will work within the Regional Back Office for Northern Europe and will be responsible for all supplier contacts with main focus on the suppliers with framework agreements. The aim is to use the frame agreements at the full potential to optimise the operational and financial performance in the Northern Europe region. The Supplier Account Manager will be the single point of contact to the suppliers as well as in the internal organisation to enable a good and efficient communication. He/she will also be responsible for tracking the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) related to the suppliers as well as setting up monthly reviews with the suppliers to enable a continuous evaluation process. The Supplier Account Manager will also have an active part in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes for future suppliers.

• Good planning, organisational and prioritising skills
• Systematic work approach and good problem solving skills
• Willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home
• Can work well in a team or autonomously
• Health and Safety aware
• Must have a "can do" attitude

Education and qualification

• Bachelor degree
(e.g. Business administration or technical degree) or equivalent job experience
• Experience ideally from the wind industry or similar
• Experienced in supplier negotiations
• Knowledge of operational service business with remote operations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Computer literate, strong on Microsoft Office products


Career / Job experience

• Previous experience in a role managing supplier relations
• Some experience in tendering processes
• Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers
