Let us the describe the challenge we offer
As a Superintendent for Maintenance and Shop Engineering Battery Assembly you will create clarity by leading and inspiring people through purpose. You will show courage by taking ownership, acting with integrity and trust. In your role you will also empower teams to take accountability for their actions while aim for prosperity. This role will develop through the Battery Assembly plant Project where we are creating a team that develops the future manufacturing processes for our next generation Electrical Vehicle.
Our objective is together with a cross functional team develop and secure the best available process/product through early involvement. This means that we in close cooperation with other roles throughout Engineering and Operations will ensure that our new battery assembly plant efficiently will deliver our new structural battery (Cell to Body) that gives the competitive edge we need in our next generation Electrical Vehicle's.

The technology level required for this product will require a clear and well thought through maintenance strategy and competence model. We are also establishing the future organisation to run the plant in line with our operational principles where you will play a vital part. You will be part of a highly skilled team with many different competencies. We believe in creating a creative environment and a great team spirit, where everyone is included and will contribute to our objectives.
This role will be part of the future management team of the Battery Assembly Plant.

What you'll do
In the role, you will initially be a part of the Battery Assembly Project team, responsible to establish and development the future Battery Assembly Plant organization as well as leading the industrial launch of the Cell to Body Battery Pack. In your daily work you will coach, train, and develop people and alongside support/provide teams with prerequisites to achieve priorities and targets in accordance with our operational principles.

You will during the project phase recruit and secure the training program for the future manning. This also involves strategies on how to ensure competences over time in areas of new technologies and processes.

One important element is the creation of a strong team spirit to propel us where we need to go!

You and your profile
We are looking for a committed and inspiring manager who is curious about new technology and developing people. The right candidate has a strong personal leadership and are highly successful in bringing out the best in others. You find energy and motivation in releasing others' potential, allowing them to grow. You must have significant leadership experience in a formal position, within Production and/or Maintenance and with a good understanding for lean principles together with a university degree or proven leadership experience.

To be successful in this role you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You also have ability to both lead and motivate employees alongside extended knowledge in methods, tools, processes, and ways of working in the factory. You are a strong believer in the power of people and your hold a strategical mindset with an ambition to develop future business with a holistic view.

Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and build confidence and trust at all levels in the organization. Alongside this you hold collaboration skills and build teams by applying diverse skills and perspectives to make it possible for you and your team to develop together. Another ability you have is to create a motivated environment that make people do their best contributing to achieve organization objectives.
