Summer Employment CEVT R&D
A summer employment at CEVT will be a good qualification if you later want to apply for thesis work or employment with us. This summer employment could be the start of an interesting career in a global company with a passion for engineering and innovation!
CEVT R&D is looking for students to work with various tasks within product development during the summer. You will be offered an opportunity to get insight in the product development process and you will be working with different assignments connected to developing a car. We offer different positions within R&D and your placement will be based on your education, competence, experience and interest.
Application
Applications should be done through the recruitment system. In your cover letter you should state what area you are interested in working, why you are interested in this, and why you consider yourself suitable to work in this area. Furthermore we need to know which program and which year you are studying.
The employment will last 4-8 weeks with a break during week 29-30 (18th-22nd of July and 25th-29th of July). Please indicate in you cover letter when you could start working, and for how long you could work.
Responsibilities and tasks
For instance you could be working with:
• Design and Test Engineering
• Modeling and programming for example in Catia V5 and/or Matlab/Simulink
• SW development, programming and/or interaction design
• Summarising data and/or information associated to various projects
• Structuring and compiling different types of documentation
Your profile
• Ongoing education at university level with focus on Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 18 years old
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Cooperation skills and service minded
• Positive and committed attitude
