We are looking for a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Time and HR Reporting area to join our HR Services Admin Sweden team of about 22 people in Arendal, Göteborg. As our SME you will deliver investigative HR support and administration as well as act as expert HR advice within the Time and HR Reporting area. Every month we produce 88 000 timecards to be coded correctly and approved as well as about 100 HR reports in our systems. Labour law and local union agreements must be taken into account in our everyday business. Key responsibilities:As the SME, you are the coordinator and spokesperson of the Time and HR Reporting area. You drive current issues in dialogue with your closest colleagues and other organizations. You are the area's representative in Functional Working Groups. Improvement work, standardization and training are prioritized topics. Both strategic and operative work will be included. You lead and coordinate the development and implementation of processes, policies, tools and guidelines related to legislative changes or improvements within the Time and HR Reporting area.You propose solutions and effectively lead changes to improve end-to-end processes.Consults, participates and supports in strategic projects and initiatives, including giving feedback on global/country requirements.Communicate information to other parties within the HR Service Delivery model.Plan and execute training activities along with fellow colleagues.Document knowledge solutions.Support and cooperate with the other parties in the HR Service Delivery model to ensure effective HR Support in the business.Perform complex case investigations, root cause analysis and resolve escalated issues within the area of expertise. Minimum Education Required:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilitiesMaster Degree within Labour relations field preferredMinimum Years of Experience Required:Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the Human Resources fieldExperience from working in Shared ServicesProject management experienceHR experience in an international environmentOther Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence othersStrong problem solving and the ability to be flexible and change directions when neededAbility to work independently and make independent decisions, ensuring high levels of collaboration with stakeholdersProficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelThe Time area has a highly complexed system flora and you must be used to working with complex system interfaces and integrationsAbility to work collaboratively with operations leadership at all levels in the companyAbility to lead continuous improvement efforts to support operational strategiesCoaching/facilitation/advising skills to help drive transformation and change in the organizationLeadership skills - you have a leading role within the team as functional lead!For more information contact Recruiting Manager, Lotta Romlin, +46 739 029983
