MultiMind is looking to hire an Internal Audit and Risk Officer for one of our clients. It is an interim assignment of 3-4 months. For the right candidate, there might be an opportunity for direct recruitment.
About our client Our client is a successful international company in the home electronics industry and is known all over the world. The company is in the forefront of the digital revolution and is a world leader with its innovatively designed products.
The position is located in our clients modern Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm.
About the role As an Internal Audit and Risk Officer you will belong to our Finance Department. Internal auditing is an independent, objective consulting activity designed to add value and improve our client's operations. You will help accomplish company objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes internally in the company. The role includes some travel in the Nordic region.
You will be working with:
Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits Daily monitoring of check points and processes in all operation areas Maintain and improve Samsung systems as a local system administrator Conduct Due Diligence of vendors and invoice audits Support internal audits from Headquarter or European Headquarter and conduct internal trainings according to general guidelines Conduct internal ad hoc audits per request or by findings from monitoring, policy checks or reviewing of contracts
Your profile: University degree. Fluent in Swedish and English Experience as an analyst with background in marketing analyses preferably in a B2C business operating online and offline. Advanced user in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. Experience from analyzing large data and extracting key findings for presentations . Preferably knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Test and Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Media Optimizer and Adobe Campaign.
Your background: At least 3 years' experience within process development or internal audit in a global company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English Knowledge of SAP is a plus
University degree within Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in office package, mainly Excel on advanced level
