We work with the biggest tech companies in the world like Amazon, Google, Samsung, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft to bring the Spotify experience to millions of users on their platforms. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for building impactful products with these partners and who can develop and lead the strategies that will enable Spotify to do so at scale.
You will be responsible for defining the future of our partnerships with these companies. You will work closely with multiple teams in Spotify's Experience and Personalisation functions to bring innovative experiences to market and drive Spotify's business forward.
Above all your work will grow the most important product partnerships Spotify has which will significantly contribute to reaching our mission of giving a million creative artists the opportunity to live off their work and billions of fans the opportunity to enjoy and be inspired by it.
What you'll do
Drive the product vision and strategy for your partners within the business.

Define, communicate, represent and debate strategy with senior team members across Spotify

Establish close working relationships with product leadership at our partners and regularly meet with them in person to run reviews and workshops.

Run high priority work streams which are fundamental to progressing various product strategies.

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Programme Management, Design, Product Insights and other functions to ensure the partnerships deliver value for Spotify consistently.

Who you are
You love product strategy.

You care a lot about how business, product and technology strategies work together.

You have built products with external partners which have created real value for users, partners and your own business.

You are an effective leader and enjoy forming virtual teams to deliver on outcomes.

You understand how to scale your impact and influence through leadership.

You understand when to lead and when to roll up your sleeves and do it yourself.

You have a good comprehension and genuine curiosity about large product ecosystems, their network effects and how they operate as platforms.

You're an outstanding communicator, combining strength of personality with inspiring written and verbal communication skills.

You are experienced at working across multiple tech stacks and client architectures.

You are outcome focused and can recognise when to use strategy and when to use tactics to achieve them.
