As SAM you will be directly responsible for delivering outstanding client experience and support to strategically important Calabrio customers. Your focus is to deepen our customers understanding of the tools enabling them to leverage them to the maximum towards their objectives. Additionally, you will serve as customer advocates by coordinating technical issue resolution and driving functionality development with our Product team.
As a SAM you will contribute to the organization with:
High Customer satisfaction
Expanding contacts & Driving new, raving fans within the account
Driving & measuring adoption & Customer Success
Dare to challenge and develop customer by Understanding the needs for them to be successful
Example of tasks:
Develop relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
Improve customer experience and provide consultancy
Understand the customer's current process, goals and pain points
Provide user support training (Lunch and Learn sessions)
Identify operational and systematic shortcomings
Serve as escalation point of contact
Reduce the number of reported Service Desk tickets year-over year
Travel is a must for this position; mostly within the Nordics but also in central Europe.
Skills & Experience
WFM/WFO, operations leadership, process and practice expertise
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to detect and proactively mitigate account risk/dissatisfaction
Confident, high energy and self-motivated mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Excellent oral and written communications skills in Swedish and English
