www.stenaline.com.We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant to Accounts Payable. The team consists of six employees and is processing invoices for twelve companies.
Your main tasks will be:
• Process invoices in our workflow system Palette
• Payments
• Work in our financial system JD Edwards
• Contact with our colleagues within Stena Line Group
• Contact with suppliers
• Reconciliation of supplier ledger and suspense accounts
• Month end closing
Who are you?
You have at least a high school degree majoring in business administration and have experience of similar tasks in a Finance Department. Experience from working in Palette is a merit. You are fluent in Swedish and have a good knowledge in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge in the German language can also be useful to us.
As a person you are outgoing and accurate. You are used to working independently and you take full responsibility for your work.
The position and placing
The position is a temporary employment with admission in February 2014. You will be based at Stena Lines Head office in Gothenburg.
