Stena Line is currently in an exciting period of development. To match the business needs and the change that the company is going through we need to transform and expand our HR-organization. Stena Line's HR-department in Gothenburg consists of HR BP, specialists, service partners and coordinators and in addition to this we are now recruiting a HR Service Partner within training and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
As HR Service Partner you will mainly work with recruitment and training administration. Your main focus will be Stena Line's seasonal recruitment but the role also involves administration of other recruitment processes. You will report to Head of HR Operations and Shipmanagement and work closely with HR Training & Recruitment Partner.  

In addition to this, your main tasks will be:

• Administration of seasonal recruitment

• Handling applications, selection of candidates, references as well as booking courses and medical examinations
• Prepare, coordinate and assist during recruitment seminars
• Ensure and perform qualitative company introduction for seasonal recruitments
• First point of contact with candidates

• Support and administer in all other recruitment processes
• Assist in projects and development of processes and routines
• Other administrative tasks relevant for the position

Qualifications and Personal Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR. You have a couple of years' experience from working with recruitment and administration. Experience from working with the recruitment system Reach Mee is a merit.

It is important that you are a non-prestigious and flexible person and that you are willing to take on different tasks. You are fast paced but at the same time detail oriented and structured. You enjoy contact with other people as well as communication and you easily create positive relationships with others.

The position and location
The position is a permanent employment with start early autumn 2015. Your base will be in Gothenburg. The role might contain some travel.
