The Program
During the 30 month program, we'll develop, support, encourage and empower you, giving a real hands-on experience with our iconic brands, to make a real difference and impact within Stanley Black & Decker.
You will begin your journey in Summer 2019, going through an onboarding phase and the start of a two and a half- year long training curriculum, which includes:
• Three job roles with two rotations, with preferably one international rotation
• Five Corporate-Resourced Training Weeks, delivered at six-month intervals
• Pre-& Post-Training Support
• Continuous Coaching and Peer Mentoring
• All hosted by Corporate and Business Facilities
Each rotation has project assignments that allow participants to become familiar with how we do business and contribute to the success of that group. The program offers invaluable experiences for participants seeking challenging developmental opportunities to escalate their careers, within Stanley Black & Decker.
Are you interested?
We are looking for highly motivated, top performers with a proven track record of success. You will be:
• Curious-minded and motivated to reach a higher level at an accelerated rate within a fast-paced environment
• Academic Excellence with a Bachelors/Masters business-related degree
• Early- career applicants with no more than two years' professional experience post-graduation
• Communication champion, who keeps everyone involved and on track; Fluent in English and at least one but preferably two European additional languages
• Creative problem-solver who jumps on opportunities to come up with alternative solutions
• Competing priorities juggler, who stay focused on the key details and own mission completions
