Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you are responsible for owning and driving one or several Innovation & Improvement projects within the roadmap of the Talent Aquisition Global Operations team. As a senior TA professional with expert agile product & project management skills, you oversee the policy, processes, programs & infrastructure used to enable recruitment worldwide for the H&M Group across brands, functions, and locations, and for all employee personas.
You help shape the Global TA strategy by partnering with TA leaders in the regions to understand recruitment reality and needs, bringing those needs back to the TAGO team. You define the roadmap by scoping the key projects to deliver improvement towards the global TA community.
Main Responsibilities
TA Innovation & Improvement Projects management
Be part of the TAGO roadmap creation and daily management, enabling Global TA strategic direction.
Own and drive the full lifecycle of one or various Innovation & Improvement projects within the roadmap.
Work with other Talent COE and HR areas as needed for larger cross-synergy implementation of people projects.

TA Community listening, guidance and change management
Plan and activate listening & monitoring methodologies for TA needs and internal compliance across regions.
Support TA teams in correct implementation of existing TA policies, processes, programs and infrastructure.
Identify areas of common opportunity across the community, bring them together and align future direction.
Design and coordinate roadmap planning & execution of the TA teams and enable alignment among them and with the TAGO and Talent COE roadmaps.
Design and roll out change management strategies for successful network implementation of projects.
Own TA Community Ways of Working practices, ceremonies and cadence to enable alignment and efficiency.

Agile & Projects training & upskilling
Serve as main representative of Agile, Product and Project Management competences within TA, supporting organization of training & upskilling initiatives for the broader community.
Stay updated with Agile, Product and Project Management best practices.

Qualifications
You are a highly driven project manager and a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage others. You thrive on challenging the status quo, having a holistic view on business, people, and the interdependencies within. You have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and risks and use your exceptional listening and empathy skills to understand the realities of your customers and build together impactful and scalable solutions with an iterative approach.
What you need to succeed:
TA subject matter expertise.
Project Management skills including ideation, conceptualization, planning, and incubation.
Excellent communication skills (including solid copywriting and fluent English).
Change Management and agile work methodology.
Stakeholder engagement and management in a multi-market, multi-functional context.

What is your background?
Extensive TA experience, both in hands-on operational delivery, and tactical initiatives.
Extensive experience leading projects within HR and/or TA, i.e., full lifecycle project delivery
Experience working in agile work methodologies.
Experience managing processes in a global organization and facilitating change.
