You will be actively encouraged to make improvements and have a direct impact on the success of Atlas Antibodies daily. In the role you will be the Continuous Improvement Ambassador and have the overall Quality responsibility for the development and manufacturing at the site. You will be part in leading the Atlas Antibodies organization and serve as SME in Lean/ six Sigma and quality methodology and mindset. You will have an integral part to play in driving a culture that delivers collaborative working engagement, added value and continuous improvement. Also you will be responsible for two Quality Officers, and you will be part of the site management team. The role collaborates with all functions at the site, as well as with several functions within the global organization andreports to the CEO and play a crucial role for the strategic and tactical development of the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Atlas Antibodies
• You will be both operative, tactically, and strategically responsible for designing, implementing, leading, and executing the Atlas Antibodies ongoing integrated system and QMS for continuous improvement and quality assurance
• Direct and facilitate the ongoing lean improvement process using techniques such as Kaizen, Problem Solving, Daily Management etc.
• Identify ongoing lean improvement training needs and assist with developing and implementing the required training
• Lead the continuous improvement team while staying hands on CI champion
• Coordinate Atlas Antibodies PMO and being responsible for setting, developing, and monitoring the framework for project management across the Atlas Antibodies organization
• Development and maintenance of the QMS in terms of compliance with national and international regulatory standards and guidelines for the development and production of the products
• Responsibility for the Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Sustainability activities in the company
• Provide leadership and direction needed to ensure that regulations are followed, quality management systems are implemented and followed, and that safety protocols are in place.
• Prepare for and lead the site in external audit execution and be responsible for internal audits

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills, knowledge, and critical experience:

• Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mind set of the organization.
• Proven track record as working in an international organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communication with Management team. Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the local organization and cross functional organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of peers, senior managers, and subject matter experts
• Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
• Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.

Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead value stream mapping sessions with a range of business stakeholders
• A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
• Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multi-functional organization
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
• Experience of quality assurance risk analysis
• Experience of designing remediation plans to address gaps, lead/support problem solving, and track record of following through to ensure closure
• University degree Life Science or Technology or equivalent
• Understanding and experience of regulatory frameworks (e.g., IVD-R), EHS regulations and sustainability practices
• Fluent English, verbally and in written, Swedish is meritorious
