Copperberg is a specialist event planner for the manufacturing industry and is one of the global leading business network. They arrange conferences and events dedicated to leaders and decision-makers from global organisations. Copperbergs events provides tools to their customers so that they can improve their short-term results and design their future strategies. During their active years they have built a great knowledgebase and have established relationships with key stakeholders. We are now looking for a skilful Sponsorship seller who likes to do business.

In your role as a sponsorship seller you present and sell large events to customers throughout Europe. For example, the event may be a three-day fair where Copperberg invites companies who may have problems with their spare part logistics. Your roleis to make sure that companies who have the solutions sponsor and present themselves at the same fare. These big events take place all over Europe and has customers worldwide. You will also act as a team leader for a sales group of 6. You will have the overall responsibility to push and lead your team so that they achieve their common goals. You work with a clear set of personal goals and you set a good example for your colleagues. You will also attend the conferences with Copperbergs producers, to make sure that customers are satisfied and that Copperberg has delivered their part. Working at Copperbergs also means that you are fluent and comfortable in speaking and writing in English at all times, since that is the language used on a daily basis.

You have high social skills and you have no problem making new business contacts, you love to build business relations and to network. You have a natural hunger to make new affairs but at the same time you are good at taking care of Copperbergs existing customers. You are creative and find solutions instead of seeing obstacles but most of all you are representing Copperberg when you are at the events.

The role is a replacement for one year because of maternity leave, but if you perform and deliver corresponding to your personal set goals, there is a great chance for you to get a continued employment at Copperberg.

During the first year of employment you will be employed by Made for Sales, in event of continued employment, you while get employed by Copperberg.
