Key responsibilitys;
Coordinate and support key account chain operational issues (Gate Keeper/main contact)
Carry through boarding /enrollment, activities within the responsibility of the Business Development (BD) department according to settled polices / routines (i.e. settlement of PSD enrollment packages).
Monitor/ coordinate and support BDE prospect agents/agents, during the boarding enrollment process (Completion PSD enrolment packages, AML complaint, deposit/bank guarantee etc) during maintenance deletion phase.
Take forward, settle, coordinate and execute agent telemarketing activities (i.e. mystery calling service calls: low transacting agents, booking of prospect agent visits etc).
Be responsible for management of back office system (Wuams) related to the BD area and agent data quality.
Define, settle and coordinate statistics/ reports within the BD area.
Participate and/or drive projects related to the BD/sales
Qualifications
Experience/Education required :
• 2-3year successful experience as (sales) back office support
• bachelor's degree
• strong organizational/communication/interpersonal skills
• ability to work in fast changing environments
• ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time appropriately
• fluent in Swedish/English + any other Nordic language
Fluency in Swedish & English (any additional language is a strong plus)
