Valmet is now looking for a Spare Parts Sales Engineer to our Gothenburg office. The position is a temporary position for two years when one of our Spare Parts Sales Engineers is on study leave.
The Spare Parts Sales Engineer is responsible for spare parts sales and delivery for his/her market. The work includes quoting and order handling spare parts to our worldwide installed base.
The work includes many contacts with different stake holders, such as engineers, suppliers, workshops and customers both locally and abroad.
The Spare Parts Sales Engineer main tasks include:
Quote and sales of spare parts and services to Valmet 's markets in close cooperation with the respective area team.
Preparation of RFQ documents to supplier.
Negotiation of spare parts from external and internal supplier. Price comparisons and supplier selections.
Claims and Quality, Customer Returns: Preparing claims, follow-up of actions. Receiving customer returns and clarifying actions needed.
Who are you?
Are you a person that holds a Bachelor 's degree in engineering or similar, and have a customer-oriented mindset, you are a on the good way to be a perfect match for this position.
In addition, you need to fulfill below requirements:
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Fundamentals and experience from procurement and sales cycle.
Strong problem solving, communication and decision-making skills.
Enjoys working in a global matrix organization.
IT skills: MS Office, LN ERP system, and ability to learn new systems fast.
