As a customer service representative, you will be one of the first outside employees of the company and work with enhancing the customer experience to create loyal customers. Your area of responsibilities will be to:
• Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail
• Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Be part of the development of the company's routines and policies in customer treatment
The ideal candidate is:
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing
• Fluent in Somali verbally and in writing
• Preferably fluent in Swedish verbally and in writing
• Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
• Driven and willing to grow within the company
