As our Senior Projects and Service Controller you will report directly to the CFO of Schneider Electric Sweden. You will have direct impact on our P&L, through partnering with managers across the business to ensure long term profitability on our Projects and Services in all our businesses.
You will support and challenge our bid teams and be a key advisor to managers in anything from larger projects (margins from offer to completion / risk and opportunities), to smaller services contracts (price & resource management).
The position also includes an active role in the development of best practice and common framework for Controlling projects and service deliveries.
You will be an important part of the Swedish finance team and a contributor to our solution controller network in the Nordic/Baltic zone.

Your Responsibilities
• Support and challenge project and service teams, and work closely with these to ensure KPI achievement on both larger projects, and our portfolio of smaller projects/contracts
• Ensure financial results in project and service delivery.
• Collect data from projects to spot opportunities and maintain a good framework for controlling
• Forecasting and Risk Management
• Contribute to Sweden?s strategic growth plan and ensure its proper monitoring
• Drive simplification projects within finance, with the aim to lean out processes, improve efficiency or financial data quality, digitize and/or reduce cost
Who are you?
You hold a master?s degree within business or economics, as well as at least 5 years? experience in high volume Project/Service controlling, preferably in a multinational company. Experience from contract/claim, and legal is an advantage. You feel just as at home with an Excel sheet as in a review meeting and have a fluent comprehension of both Swedish and English language. As a person you are business-oriented and strong in stakeholder management. You take ownership and enjoy when you see the effect of your contribution to optimize different parts of the business.
