hela Sverige Are you a Solution Architect with experience in global rollouts, integrations and working with vendors? We offer you a fast moving environment, a complex system landscape and lots of fun challenges.
As we open at least one new store every weekday somewhere around the globe, we're looking for several Solution Architects who will have help us continue this rapid expansion.
As a Solution Architect you will be responsible for the architecture and the solutions that the Sales Store service areas are delivering. You will perform technical investigations, analyze and keeping a continuing dialog with external suppliers regarding solutions and reviews of their solution proposals. You will also work in close cooperation together with other experienced architects as well as our Business function in order to optimize the overall IT solutions.
You will be a part of IT Sales Store Division, that delivers IT solutions and services to H&M stores of all brands. IT solutions such as Point of Sales (tills) and Payment (card and mobile payment) or Inspirational media (digital screens and music), Consumer behavior, Mobile device, Collaboration and Loss prevention. We are constantly working to ensure our customers have the best experience when they visit our stores, regardless of what touch point they use.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Review and approve design solutions created by external suppliers
• Control that the architectural solution aligns with service portfolio & demands
• Create solution architecture according to H&M enterprise architecture principles and strategy
• Create, update and maintain architectural documentation
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Broad IT background, and experience working with IT services and/or bought IT solutions and products
• Several years of experience working with architectural questions
• Understanding of Retail processes
• Experience and understanding of Global Roll Outs, Application Development and Application Management
• Holistic approach with ability to work both strategically and operationally in large IT landscapes
• Good communication skills in English, preferably also in Swedish
It's a plus if you have experience working with offshore situations.
