Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect for the Digital Workplace Platforms Area at H&M Group, which is end-to-end responsible for the digital workplace experience of +100 000 H&M Group colleagues globally.
As a Solution Architect you will play an active role in exploring, building, and supporting existing technology but also make sure that we always are in the forefront and evaluate the latest technology within Digital Workplace Platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the effective delivery of technologies, digital tools, and services that enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience including telephony but not hardware.
In this role you will:
Develop the technical roadmap for digital workplace platforms, aligned with H&M's overall objectives and business needs
Together with Engineering Managers within the Area plan and execute on the technical roadmap
Lead together with Engineering managers to make sure that the technical landscape for H&M Digital Workplace Platforms follow agreed standards and architectural guidelines
Guide and assist hands-on implementation together with the team members within the Area
Collaborate closely with Digital Workplace Devices Area so strategies are aligned and executable
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
Where needed, establish forums with right stakeholders and collaboration partners
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital workplace solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we see that you have a broad IT background with experience of large corporate environments. We believe in One Team and therefore believe that you are a Collaborator with an integrated approach. We believe that you are a strong leader with excellent communication skills able to work in a structured and well-organized manner. We also believe that you have great experience with Governance and implementation of policies and routines related to Digital Workplace.
B.SC. IT, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience
Excellent knowledge with M365, Azure and IAM
Proficient technical knowledge across a range of digital technologies, software, networking, and cloud-based solutions
Experience with integrations between different SaaS platforms
Experience from vendor/supplier management
Experience with regulatory compliance, data privacy and cyber security best practices
Experience within Google Workplace, Slack, Zoom, GCP is merited
Previous experience of Digital Transformations within Digital Workplace is merited
Fluent in English
