We also have a fast growing consulting company with approximately 60 employees and a broad experience in both product and production development. Primarily, MVV:s customers are in the areas of automotive, oil/gas and robotics/automation.

Position description:
Do you want to contribute to the next generation of plugin hybrid and fully electrical vehicles? You will be a part of the group Traction Battery System Design & SW Management, whose main target is to develop and maintain software for Traction Batteries.

Our software is used in both plugin hybrid vehicles and in the coming BEVs (Battery Electrical Vehicle). The software is usually developed together with a supplier who has responsibility for basic software and some software components. In a sister-group, we also develop some software components in-house. As Component Designer SW you will be the main contact to the supplier and within the company for the complete SW delivery. You will have close cooperation with function realization responsibles, in-house development team and test engineers. The coming need for delivering software to multiple platforms and products will increase the complexity and thus the need for a structured way of working.
Main responsibilities:
• Planning SW implementation in Function Implementation Plan
• Generating SWRS
• Performing reviews and providing documents to supplier
• Handling software defect reports in issue management systems
• Certifying that all deliveries (binaries and documents) are available at the right level, at the right time
• Carrying out software joint reviews and following up external and internal test activities
• Performing the release of the SW through the CRB process
Required qualifications:
• Project management skills
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of developing software
• Experience from development in multiple phases of a project
• Competence in relevant tools, processes, and workflows such as Elektra, KDP and TeamCenter
• * Experience from working with suppliers
• * Driving license
• * Competence within the specific component and technical area is meritorious
