we are looking for Field/Drive Test engineer for field trials of our client LTE mobile handset platforms. The scope of the assignment is writing and defining test plans at assigned location, testing of handset platforms, monitoring of logs, analyzing the failure logs and facilitate the development teams in bug-fixes. The work will require close and regular interaction with various cross cultural teams across the globe like software designers, testers and management team. Experience of working with Germany,US and Indian clients are required. The test scope covers several Wireless Technologies, e.g. GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSPA, LTE.

Required Expertise
Engineering degree in Electronics/Communcations, Computer Science or equivalent.
Very Strong knowledge and experience(atleast 5 years) in GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, HSPA and LTE protocol 3GPP specifications.
Experienced in test development and test procedures.
Experience with test tools like Odin Tool, Mobile Analyser, Artemis, IRTC, Crash Inspect, Tool Launcher
Experience in modem log analysis from system perspective
Experience in performing testing of mobile handsets
Knowledge in C is a plus.
Candidate should be ready to travel on short notice for small durations
Good communicating skills in English, both written and spoken.
