How might one day at work look like?
At your position as a Social Media Content Manager, your main responsibility will be to build engagement and reach for our client's products in social media channels. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and is expected to use your deep understanding of what drives engagement and activity in the social arena in order to maximize impact.
Day-to-day activities:
• Finding, creating and sharing content that can be used in social media in order to build engagement in social channels for consumer products
• Maximize and amplify the usage of content provided by Western Europe, local partners or otherwise found
• Engaging partners and build strong relationships with their corresponding teams in order to leverage their channels for communication
• Interacting with fans and communities to stimulate content creation and sharing
• Building strong relationships internally and externally in order to succeed
Qualifications:
• Great communication skills in English and Swedish
• Thorough understanding of social media dynamics, tools and tactics
• Design skills and experience (photo, video, copy)
• Great team player who gets stimulated by constant input, requests and feedback, rather than feeling stressed about it
• Proactive and ability to work independently towards set goals in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of what drives engagement and activity in social media channels and leverage this understanding to maximize impact
We believe that the right candidate is digital native and already familiar with channels, tools and trends in social media and has a strong passion for building engagement and networks. Furthermore you should have the skills and passion to produce engaging content in social media channels (e.g photos, videos, animations) which you have acquired either by self-or-formal education.
