Unilever is looking for a Social Media Consumer Specialist with Swedish, Finnish or Danish language skills based in Solna

The position is initially a one year temporary position with start January 2015, with chances of a permanent contract. The Social Media Consumer Specialist supports Unilever?s social media communities. You will be responsible for posting, answering and surveillance of the social media platforms. It requires a strong consumer understanding coupled with ability to translate insight into communication and activation. The role also requires strong people skills in managing internal and external stakeholders. You will also have regular contact with marketing agencies. With this role you will contribute to the bigger purpose behind our business; to improve the everyday lives of consumers in the Nordics, and to do it in a sustainable way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Being the key stakeholder to the marketing department in managing social media
• Answer consumer questions, complaints and interactions on the social media platforms
• Manage posting for the social media platforms
• Supply stakeholders with reports and insights
• Operate according to our consumer engagement processes
THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The profile sought has experience from working with social media preferably from a global setting and has a real interest for social media. You are well aware of the different social media platforms and constantly challenge the way we look at social media and how we can use it to grow our brands and business.
It is important that you have fully developed communication skills. But most important is talent and drive for social media and a keen interest in our products and consumers.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications, and experience from FMCG is a plus.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE:
• Experience from working with social media
• A great drive and interest for social media and communications
• A bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Fluent in English and either Swedish, Finnish or Danish
