hela Sverige The SKF Global Trainee Programme is an 18 months opportunity for you as a recent graduate to gain insight into the SKF business. This programme targets talented graduates within engineering or, marketing, sales, management, finance or business administration, with a proven entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set!
The SKF Global Trainee Programme starts in September 2018 and includes three rotations through different areas of SKF with at least one opportunity abroad. It will give you a broad experience from various SKF business areas and the opportunity to start building a strong network within SKF.
As a trainee, you will have your base in the line organization, work closely with the SKF Business Consulting team and will be given responsibility within local business projects. By hands on training sessions throughout the programme, you will also have the opportunity to develop core professional competencies, leadership and self-management skills required for success. Through the programme you will get a helicopter view of the various dimensions of SKF. And to give you an understanding what it takes to be a globally oriented leader you will be assigned a mentor who has the business experience to support your growth.

You demonstrate high integrity and have a global mind-set, with the experiences and skills to successfully collaborate within various cultural contexts. Upon completion of the programme, you will have the skills to drive exciting projects forward and have a solid platform to leverage a career with SKF.
Programme outline
Introduction
• One month introduction and training to the SKF world
• Networking activities
• Shadow projects
• Meet the management team
Rotation 1
• Five months placement in home country
• Rotation is decided based upon business needs and trainee preferences in dialogue with the talent manager
• Responsibility in local project with coaching by SKF Business Consulting
Rotation 2
• Five months placement at an SKF site abroad
• Rotation is decided based upon business needs and trainee preferences in dialogue with talent manager
• Responsibility in local project with coaching by SKF Business Consulting
Rotation 3
• Five months placement at a SKF site abroad or at home depending on project
• Rotation is decided based upon business needs and trainee preferences in dialogue with talent manager and can be either abroad or at the home country.
• Responsibility in local project with coaching by SKF Business Consulting
End of programme - Graduation
• SKF is a truly global company and a career at SKF can take you in so many directions thus you may also be mobile and eager to take on new opportunities. After completion the trainee to reunite with the line organization

Requirements
• Master Degree within engineering (preferred) and/or engineering or, marketing, management, finance, business administration or equivalent in combination with documented extracurricular activities
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set or/and experience
• International- and cross culture experiences
• English working proficiency and preferably one more langue
Prerequisites:
• You must have completed your Masters studies before the program start in September 2018
• You must be able to start latest 1st September, 2018
• You must have a permanent working permit in the applicable country
• You must be available for interviews and assessments in Sweden during winter-spring 2018
