LEAX Mekaniska AB is recruiting a new Site Manager!
We offer a variety of work in a growing international group of LEAX companies that manufacture components on a contractual basis.
Main Job Responsibilities
As Site Manager you will be an important part of LEAX development where you have the overall responsibility for operational and strategic work within LEAX Mekaniska towards future goals. As Site Manager you will be responsible for developing the company's future strategy and to continuously implement and follow up the business strategy. You are also an important part of LEAX future development as a global supplier to demanding customers.
You will report directly to the Business Area Manager for Western Europe and you will be based in Köping. You have colleagues at other LEAX sites within LEAX Group around the world as well as customers and suppliers mainly in Europe, so some traveling is expected in your role.
Your main tasks are;
Develop, coordinate and drive the work with the company's strategy and future goals
Lead, develop and coach the company's management team that together are responsible for the company's operational management
Be a part of LEAX Group's development by contributing with your personal skills and development of LEAX Mekaniska
Work as the main contact of LEAX Mekaniska in general issues towards customers and suppliers
Participate in LEAX Group global network within your responsibility
Your experiences
Suitable background is technical or economic degree with several years of experience as a leader in the automotive industry
Experience to develop strategic and operational objectives at management team level
Experience of working with financial indicators and operational control
Business driven and great leadership skills developed from earlier entrepreneurship experiences
Who are you?
Well organized and able to work successfully on your own or in a team

Operational interested and want to be visible in the organization
Proven track record from similar position
You write and speak English and Swedish fluently. Other languages is an advantage.
