Site Assistant
As Site Assistant your main task and purpose is to support the site and executives with high level administrative tasks. Through well coordination and planning you will make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You are supporting the daily operations in the office setting, and your daily tasks include..
• Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Manage executives calendars - and take meetings minutes as needed and prepare agendas
• Plan, book, and coordinate events, travels and visits
• Update internal communication channels and maintain an organized general workspace
