Advise the business users on issues related to Simcorp dimension which may include issues related to Front Office, Middle Office, Transaction flow, NAV calculation, reporting etc.
Ensure the SLAs for incidents are met and responses and resolutions are provided to customers in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties to obtain resolution for issues.
Serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Identifies continuous service improvement opportunities.
May act as a team lead for project work and facilitate meetings, webinars, and focus groups.
Assist in release preparation duties including release notes, bulletins, and/or supporting documentation.
Key Skills and Experience and Education required for this role:
• Simcorp Dimension Techno Functional Resource with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have experience supporting and providing resolution for issues faced by business teams
• Be able to operate in a customer facing environment to help with problems and questions across all modules in Simcorp Dimension including:
o Transaction flow issues
o Front office and order flow issues
o Holdings issues
o NAV calculation issues
o Middle office, risk and strategies issues
o Static data issues
o Reporting issues
• Good to be familiar with CMMi processes prescribed for application support and maintenance (ASM) projects.
• Familiarity with ticket / incident management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
• Should possess good communication skills and be able to perform in a fast paced, geographically distributed team.
• Should be a self-driven individual and able to operate with minimal supervision.
