We are now looking for Service Runtime Managers (SRM) taking responsibility for a number of application portfolios and applications in the different process areas.
You are going to be responsible for driving management within the service area and for changes in production for the specific area. You will part in optimizing costs and finding synergies within for operations and maintenance. Another part of the job is to drive and ensure that services in production are managed according to decided processes and with a service focus
The profile of SRM is a key decision-maker in the Infrastructure and Operation (I&O) organization with the appropriate authority to enforce operation levels of many products.
Qualifications:
We are now looking for you that have Management experience like Product Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager, Maintenance Manager or equal. You need to have a good technical knowledge and understanding. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. IF you have experience from Volvo IT is that an advantage.
You need to be results driven and direction setting. You have a good vision for problem analysis and solving, have a way to see the overview and also have the sense for details. You need to be service minded and have a high customer focus and the communications skilled is on a high level. You have to be an inspiring leader and also you have good courage and integrity.
