Engineer within a driven, international team characterized by accuracy and efficiency. Our company is a unique and successful mix of Japanese "Monozukuri (the process of making)" and meticulous
quality assurance, together with Swedish creativity and ambition.
As a SQA-Engineer you will report to the Service and Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager and you will gain experience in all areas of the Service and Quality Assurance Department before specialising in one section of SQA. A strong focus for this position is promoting and building upon our focus of pro-active quality and early problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support the APQP process for new product introduction and Change Management, to assure customer and DENSO internal milestones are achieved
• Coordinate manufacturing process changes and support customer audits at DENSO production sites
• Mass production Quality Assurance and supporting with internal DENSO Service & Quality Assurance activities such as reporting and planning
• Handling of customer rejects, pre-investigation and reporting to internal and external customers
• Coordination of product containment actions
• Analysing warranty data, identifying key improvement activities, and escalating those issues to ensure warranty targets are met.
• Monitoring of customer targets and results
• DENSO 's proactive 'Quality Patrol Engineering ' process
Qualifications
Denso is looking for an analytical & customer-oriented person with a process driven mind set. We would like to believe you have a strong interest in automotive and an interest in being part in an engaged team. Responsible, analytical, customer-oriented, process driven, flexible and collaborative are words that describe you. Creative, structured and solution oriented are other important traits.
Requriments:
• Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent
• Your Swedish and English need to be fluent in writing and verbally.
• Driving license (B) is a must.
• High level of computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office programmes. Skills in data analysis preferably in excel with the ability to drill down through the data to establish trends and identify issues.
