It is an exciting time for you to join us, SSC and Satellite Management Services are currently in a transition phase which brings both interesting and challenging work tasks. Operations department within Satellite Management services are now looking for a driven and curious person to become a Service Manager.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordination and quality assurance of the delivery of ground station services to one of our customers. You will be the point of contact for the routine operations and work closely together with the customer. This calls for pedagogical and good communication skills.
WHO YOU ARE
To enjoy the position as Service Manager you like working with customers in an international setting. You are well organized, driving and a team player. Since you will work with both costumers and colleagues globally you have good skills in Swedish and English and you appreciate taking an active role coordinating the service delivery. We believe you have a bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent.
