Job Summary
We are looking for a senior transformation manager, who will take a pivotal role to transform Tetra Pak Services and build our future service management model and field workforce structure. This person will drive business transformation projects and activities related to implementing new tools, new work processes, and new ways of working. The position offers a wide internal and external network in a global organization.
The position is permanent and will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Lead and drive the global strategy, projects, framework, and implementation of direction for service flexzone (outsourcing strategy), including coordination through a cross-regional network of strategic partnerships and expansion of regional flexzone companies to deploy them as strategic partners for services.
Lead and drive the global strategy, projects, and direction of transformation of service management and workforce transformation, including Coordination throughout the cross-regional network of transformation strategy and regional configuration of service operation.
Lead and drive Assessments, opportunity brainstorming, and continuous improvement related to service management projects of People, Processes & Technology related to service management transformation projects.
Drive productivity initiatives, strategic goals, and transformation initiatives for service management operations globally and across regional organizations.
Drive and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of the framework, processes, tools, systems, and standards to secure high-quality delivery through outsourcing service partnerships and service management operations.
We believe you have
At least 2 years of experience with business transformation projects.
Project management skills and experience are a plus.
Strong business acumen and experience building strong business cases to support strategic decisions.
Procurement and supply management experience is a plus.
Thought leader on change management strategies (ex: effective communication, training, stabilization, and ongoing support).
A university degree in Engineering or administration.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you have a strong personal drive for results and the ability to lead and motivate others. You have an excellent ability to build networks and relationships with other people and cross borders. You are analytical, structured, and agile in your approach, with great communication skills.
