FULFILMENT OPERATIONS
Take the overall accountability and direct responsibility for a high-performing Customer Fulfilment Operations organisation. Together with the markets drive the business agenda for Service Fulfilment Operations in the markets. The service fulfilment operations manager is responsible for customer success in the area of service business. This means perfect quality in the meeting with the customer, great lead-times at low costs in all aspects of service fulfilment today and tomorrow.

In this role you have a university degree in logistics, economics, business administration or 3 - 5 years of experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain on operational and/or tactical level. In addition you have proven knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners especially in matrix relationships and of store operations and outbound process. You can also prove successful indirect leadership in a complex environment with delivering business results, the ability of strong interdependent leadership and good coaching and/or mentor, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problem-solving experience. Furthermore you have analytical, organisational and change management skills and you know how to develop and improve ways of working. You are also aware of the way to successfully lead projects or processes on country/market/national level. Last but not least you have excellent presentation skills and you are fluent in English.
You have knowledge in following:
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• excellent business understanding
• deep understanding of IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business
• excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• stakeholder management
• strong financial competence and understanding of the financial impact on total network
• relevant IT solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment
As a person you have a strong collaborative mind-set, strong end-to-end orientation and an ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organisation goals. You also have strong ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation, acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. Moreover you possess strong analytical capability to enable translation of business and customer needs into development initiatives.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Service Fulfilment Operational Leader you will together with the Group Service Fulfilment Operations team define, establish and ensure operations excellence in the area of customer order fulfilment from stores with a long-term focus based on the organization's vision. Moreover you will contribute to the Service Fulfilment Operations development with focus on customer-centric and collaborative approach. You will be responsible for efficiency and continuous improvement, short and mid-term capacities, cost development and contribution to the cost goal, sustainability and succession planning. You will also have matrix responsibility for the Market Service Fulfilment Operations Leaders.
