We are looking for you who wants to join our Service and Parts team preferably with experience and knowledge of new technologies such as electro-mobility and automation. You have deep understanding of our end users in the workshop and experience in developing quality assured service, repair and spare parts solutions. You have complete truck knowledge and documented experience of the Volvo Group products and systems. You are eager to learn new technology and you have a strong customer and quality focus and a team player mind-set.

As part of Service and Parts Engineering you will play a vital role in creating solutions that will contribute both to customer satisfaction and the Volvo Group results.
As a Service Engineer you will develop and maintain repair methods & standard times on component, system and vehicle level, and develop service procedures. You will support the Volvo Brands and the different stakeholders with expertise from the aftermarket and ensure that our literature fulfils Volvo Group's safety and quality objectives. You will also support in the development and optimization of spare parts solution needed for technical repair.
Who are you?
We are looking for you with minimum a Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience within automotive and good technical knowledge of complete vehicles and its systems. You will need good computer skills and you should be fluent in spoken and written English. Trucks knowledge and experience with Aftermarket product and processes is meritorious.
