Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving customers, dealers and distributors in some 60 markets through 16 captive business units with financing and insurance solutions. In markets where we operate Financial Services finance about one third of Scania's truck sales. Over 1000 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of 160.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 100 bn SEK of assets financed and more than 100.000 insurance policies. In order to be a competitive player on the market, SFS need to re-position into to the digital economy. This means a major transformation to move into the next generations way of working, digital platforms and solutions served in a cutting edge de-coupled data structure. The service solution is based on world class sub service providers that will be governed and steered by a professional service management organisation. Our mission is to work closely with all stakeholders to enable seamless delivery and assist the acceleration of new services provided to our markets all over the world.
Are you our new Service Delivery Manager?
Do you have a broad experience from working within service provider governance and follow up within system and application management? Or are you currently working with service management at a service provider? Then you might be our new Service Delivery Manager for Scania Financial Services.
Your role:
The role Service Delivery Manager is a new role within Scania Financial Services, and part of the responsibility will be to form the role and ways of working together with the stakeholders and colleges within the Service Management team.
As a Service Delivery Manager you will
• shape and lead the tactical and operational governance including follow up of our Service Providers.
• together with other Service Delivery Managers perform incident and problem pattern analysis to propose improvements.
• secure that service reports and metrics are periodically supplied to business unites and other internal stakeholders.
• participate in handover from service transition program and ensure delivery of out sourcing contract, establishment of SLAs and KPIs.
• participate in ideation and validation of new functionality for our services to secure set up according to our governance and expected service expectations.
The work is on a global level and our environment is in constant change and we build and shape as we run. You will there for need to have a growth mindset and a pragmatic way of working, but at the same time be able to evaluate, prioritise and act in order to build sustainable and robust solutions that can evolve over time. You will also need to be confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources within different parts of Scania and our Service Providers. This to enable the co-creation set up and iterative way of working, that is part of our new set up within SFS.
Competence and experience:
• Advanced knowledge and experience within system and application maintenance and development.
• Strong leadership skills to build confidence and act as thought leader to build and drive change. This by acting, executing and engaging communities, forums and the management within SFS.
• Experience from transformations within larger enterprises including organisational changes.
• Strong skills within provider governance and management with 10+ years of similar positions.
• Strong communication skills in order to build momentum and trust to the process and solutions being built over time.
• Fluent in English both oral and in writing, additional langue skills will be seen as an advantage.
• As a person have a can-do attitude, enjoying working in a constant changing environment where we are expected to lead and support others to join the journey.
The job offers international contacts with our Finance companies. This also means that you are expected to travel from time to time. In this position you will be reporting to the Operations Manager at Scania Financial Services. You will be located in Södertälje, Sweden.
