Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase (StO/DtR), 9530, offers resources and deliveries within support, maintenance and development for applications and services.
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for maintenance and support of service delivery according to the SLA. (Service Level Agreement).This applies to a set of applications in scope of the SLA. Delivering maintenance services can involve from different Volvo IT departments/sites as well as non-Volvo IT resources.

As SDM for this portfolio you will be responsible for the Volvo Cars portfolio called Workshop Systems. The portfolio contains 14 applications. The main technical platform is Java WebSphere, also technic from Microsoft is included.

Your Profile
You are a self-going driving force with high social competence. You are service minded with customer focus. You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view.

You have:
• Experience from leading staff in cost efficiency- and time target environment
• Work experience as a high level maintenance manager or equivalent
• Experience of handling deliveries to customers
• Experience from working in global set up

General Qualifications and skills
The general qualifications are that you have an adequate academic qualification and that you are a communicative team-player. You have to have the ability establish and maintain good relations and also have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization. You also have to be proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

You have:
• Broad IT background
• Leadership skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Work experience as a high level maintenance manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the service within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Capacity to execute against set targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain a human network
• Experience from work in customer/account teams. Used to daily contacts with customers
