Responsible for peer-to-peer communication with middle and high level customers' executives including CTO/VTO, CEO, COO,VPs, Directors, and any other decision-making leaderships, and showing them our talents, senior capabilities and experiences, to win customers' confidence.
Introducing our WDM product solutions to customer decision-making leaderships and convince them.
Getting key WDM requirements from customer and push R&D HQ to meet customers' demands.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in CS/EE or equivalent, with 5+ years experience in datacom/Telecom industry.
More than 4 years of experiences of WDM devices and networking.
Deep knowledge of Optical WDM devices and networking.
Senior related role from competitors or Operators, such as Product Line Manager, technical marketing, Senior WDM R&D engineer, Senior WDM test engineer.
Ability to solve complicated problems involved
Excellent interpersonal skills, and customer-facing skills.
Available for mid-frequent international/domestic business travel
