Agilent offers an independent, challenging and exciting position for you who want to introduce a new sales area for Agilent in Sweden. You will break ground within a relatively new area, with strong support of the world's premier measurement company. The position offers great potential for you to rapidly create a team working with you as team leader.
Agilent Technologies' Bio-Analytical Group will expand our customer service sales function. We are looking for you who can add to the existing Swedish organization to sell support services for a broad portfolio of biotech and chemical analysis instruments, both from Agilent and other companies. Your first mission will be to create attractive customer offers and to build strategic sales plans. You will also be highly operative with the main task to build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing accounts to reach your desired sales target. Your customers are primarily Pharmaceutical customers in Quality control and research and development field of Life Sciences. Your district covers all of Sweden with a focus on the Gothenburg and Skåne region, but we also welcome candidates from the Stockholm area. You will be offered a home office and if applicable a place at one of our local offices. The position includes over-night travel 4-8 nights / month.
The service is open-ended and full-time. Access as quickly as possible.
We believe that you are an excellent sales person with a proven track record. You have a great strategic and operative interest in doing business and in building and maintaining good relationships. You display leadership qualities and are willing to build a team around you. As a pioneer in the business area you are self-driven, ambitious and communicative person.
We expect you to display the following qualifications:
• At least 4 years in a similar sales environment.
• Successfully negotiation of complex sales such as large capital equipment or multi-year supplier agreements.
• Good knowledge of the Life Science market.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide strong leadership.
You master both Swedish and English in both speech and writing. You have a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel. You have the ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of how Agilent's products are used by our customers and have experience of procurement .
